Its good for the price but I really don't have anything to compare it to as I'm not an expert on box wall air-conditioners. I'm happy with it and was surprised that Dimplex is an Irish company, and either the largest air-con company in the world or one of? Why Ireland? Anyway its icy cold at 16 degrees on cool and the reverse function is working well, a negative is its got a '1 and half star' for energy efficiency. I'm glad I bought and installed it, it has made a world of difference in controlling the environment especially on hot days, good.

Bought 2 of these units 1 for the bedroom and 1 for the lounge room and so far they have been great, keeps the rooms nice and cold in the summer!

Its that good im buying another one very soon for the loungeroom
